But hey, sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s totally okay! This page explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds nice and simple.
1. Easy Returns
If your order isn’t quite what you expected — maybe the fit isn’t right or the style just doesn’t vibe with you — no worries!
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags still attached
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them — no perfume, stains, or damage, please! 💫
- Certain products like innerwear, accessories, or sale items may not be eligible for return (we’ll mention this on the product page).
2. How to Request a Return
It’s super simple:
- Email us at Info@kbnc.store with your order number and a short reason for the return.
- We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps and the return address.
- Once your return is approved, just pack the item securely and send it back.
- (Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s done.
- If your return isn’t approved (for example, if the product was used or damaged), we’ll send it back to you.
4. Exchanges
Want a different size or color? No problem!
We offer free exchanges for eligible items — just reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help you swap it easily (subject to stock availability).
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
Oh no! If you received something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — we’re really sorry 😔.
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package at Info@kbnc.store with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- We’ll take care of it right away — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following can’t be returned or refunded:
- Innerwear, lingerie, or socks
- Accessories or jewelry
- Gift cards or sale/clearance items
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment app first (sometimes it takes a few days).
- Then contact your card issuer or bank — processing times can vary.
